OVERVIEW
Pro Chiropractic needed a brand story that clearly separated them from the “quick adjustment” chiropractic model. Their differentiator is clinical and simple. They treat the body as a connected system and focus on root cause, not short-term symptom relief.
We started the relationship with a flagship brand video built to anchor the website and serve as the creative foundation for future paid and organic content.
THE CHALLENGE
Most chiropractic marketing blends together. It tends to rely on generic claims, stock visuals, and vague promises. Pro’s approach is more thoughtful and more educational, but that nuance can get lost unless the story is structured with intent.
They also had limited staff time, so production needed to be efficient without sacrificing quality or credibility.

PROCESS
I handled the project end to end: strategy, scripting, producing, shooting, sound, edit, and color.
To solve scheduling constraints, we planned production around off-hours and used actors so the clinic could stay focused on patient care while still getting clean, controlled performances and coverage.
CREATIVE APPROACH
The story is built around one clear takeaway: Pro doesn’t chase symptoms. They look upstream, find the cause, and treat the system.
That message was supported through an educational tone and practical framing, so the viewer leaves with a better understanding of why Pro’s process is different and what to expect. The cutdowns were designed to work as paid social entry points while staying consistent with the clinic’s credibility.
