Enterprise Customer Story Documentary Series

OVERVIEW

This project is  a clean example of interview-driven brand storytelling at the enterprise level, where production success depends as much on stakeholder coordination and approvals as it does on the creative.

 

In collaboration with Helio+, I associate produced a documentary-style customer story series for NetApp featuring publicly shared enterprise client stories, including SoftBank, Verizon, the NFL, NVIDIA, OBS, and CERN.

 

THE CHALLENGE

Enterprise customer stories aren’t complicated because of cameras. They’re complicated because each film involves multiple companies, executive schedules, brand standards, and layered approvals. Small messaging changes can ripple through edits, legal review, and delivery timelines.

 

WHAT I CONTRIBUTED

I supported production operations across eight films, including:

 

  • Coordinating executive interview logistics and scheduling

  • Managing multi-stakeholder review workflows across NetApp, Helio+, and client teams

  • Consolidating notes, maintaining version control, and tracking approvals through post

  • Supporting delivery readiness under strict brand and messaging constraints

 

WHY IT MATTERS

This is the kind of production environment where disciplined systems, clean communication, and airtight versioning keep work moving and protect both timeline and budget.
