EAGLE BANK

Eagle Bank

Animated Client Story Films

RP3 Agency + AIM Studios

Role: Senior Producer

OVERVIEW

Eagle Bank wanted a regional campaign built around real customer stories. The brief was two animated films that could communicate warmth and credibility, with a production approach simple enough to execute under tight constraints.

THE CHALLENGE

The project had two hard limits: $20K and a three-month concept-to-delivery timeline for each film. Animation is especially vulnerable to late feedback. Once a design direction is approved, changes become expensive quickly, both in time and budget.

WHAT WE PRODUCED

  • Two animated client story films

  • Length: 1:30 each

  • Use: website, internal communications, and in-branch screens

WHAT I LEAD

I owned the production system end to end, including budget tracking, vendor contracting, schedule management, post pipeline coordination, and the client approval timeline.

PRODUCTION STRATEGY

To protect schedule and cost, we made two key decisions early.

First, we shifted kickoff from November to January to avoid peak-season animation bandwidth constraints and reduce timeline risk.

Second, we aligned on a streamlined animation design system that could scale across both films while minimizing revision complexity.

HOW WE KEPT IT ON TRACK

Approval discipline was the make-or-break factor. We set clear review gates, consolidated feedback, and required detailed notes at each stage so the studio could move cleanly without rework.

OUTCOME

Both films delivered on time and on budget, with a process designed to prevent late-cycle changes from derailing schedule or spend.
